The saga continues! After giving him remote control of my computer for over an hour this afternoon I was informed by the programmer that the software required for the new pin pad will not download onto my computer!!!! Several other phone calls were made and now I have to wait until tomorrow because the "next step" involves a company on the East Coast and of course they are closed for the evening! GRRRRR! I promise I will say no more about this here until the problem has been resolved, but please be aware that I cannot process debit cards until further notice:(
